Fantasy football picks have the tendency to be really annoying or really satisfying. Many teams in sports institutions that drafts rookies do it for two things – rebuilding and role playing.

The Colts already have a great offense then and it protected Payton well in every game. But now that they are adapting to a new running game offense, which might take a while to sink in, the Colts need some players who can cover Payton’s exposed blind sides.
The Saints on the other hand, after winning the past NFL championship, has shown some advantages over the Colts. These advantages helped them win the championship, but in time it becomes the every other team’s point of improvement.
A rebuilding team has the advantage of getting to pick first, being probably the biggest loser of the past season. Losing then will give you the chance of getting the better, younger player who might just be your star player in a few years. However, the risk still lies in trusting your new player. It takes time to develop a player who just came out of a fantasy football draft, and a wrong growth strategy will extend your losing streak for 5 more years.
You need to be very particular and strategic in participating in a fantasy football pick. Understanding your team will be of great asset as you choose the viable additions to your roster, who can adjust easily to your system. Then you can assign the necessary staff to support your team. Only then can you make a contender, if not a champion, from what was once rubble.
